I had never returned to the dealer where I purchased my previous vehicle because I was not satisfied with the experience. However, I have now found the dealer and agent I will continue to visit in the futu previous vehicle because I was not satisfied with the experience. Although it is more than 70 miles from my home, I am more than willing to make the trip because of the excellent service and kindness I received. Raymundo Lopez guided me through the trade-in inspection and the new vehicle deal over text and phone in a way that was clear and satisfying. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was handled smoothly and without any changes—something I had never experienced before. In the past, I was always met with different prices or tricks once I arrived, but this time was completely different. There was one issue: the vehicle I wanted was missing a feature. I was very confused, but Lopez quickly offered a remote solution, and everything was resolved successfully. Jamie R. stayed until 9 p.m. to finalize everything and even arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to my home the next day, despite the distance of over 70 miles. Justin Campbell in Finance was also very kind and patient, even through two rounds of paperwork. Every staff member was thorough, attentive, and genuinely friendly, creating a level of comfort I had never felt at other dealerships. I truly look forward to working with this team again for my next vehicle. More
