I'm in a high risk group for mortality from Covid-19 so we did the whole deal by text/email, I signed the papers while in my car and he delivered the car to my home the next day as promised. This should be the way a car buying experience should be; effortless, fast, and professional. Gone are the days of spending hours in the dealership stressing out waiting for a finance manager in a queue. Now they just briefly call you and use a spiffy remote presentation sent to your computer to sell you an extended warranty, how tech savvy! 😂 Justin is an asset to Fred Anderson Toyota and I highly recommend you seek him out personally. Out sales representative, Justin Clyburn, did a very good job with us. He was knowledgeable about Toyota trucks, and all of the possible options between different Tacoma models. We were so impressed that we purchased a vehicle later that day. In addition, we agreed to add a few accessory items. Justin arranged for the acquisition of the items and scheduled their installation for tomorrow. We feel confident that these items will be installed with no problems.
