It was the first time I ever owned or looked at a VW. Rob in sale took the time to explain trim lines and levels to me. I admit I’m not the easiest customer to deal with because I don’t trust car dealerships in sale took the time to explain trim lines and levels to me. I admit I’m not the easiest customer to deal with because I don’t trust car dealerships. However in this case Rob (sale) and Justin (sales manager) have changed my opinion. I would highly recommend this dealership. They are very willing to work with you to make deals happen. I am very pleased and absolutely do business again with them in the future. More

Had a voucher for free oil change,car cleaning, on any vehicle,offered to healthcare workers by Mazda. I waited 2 1/2 hours even though was told 1 hour! Had to pay for tire rotation that was included last vehicle,offered to healthcare workers by Mazda. I waited 2 1/2 hours even though was told 1 hour! Had to pay for tire rotation that was included last may at Mazda Scranton when promotion was offered last year. And car was just hosed down for "cleaning". I guess because Mazda offered it for free, as appreciation to nurses, a substandard job is ok. And who cares if you make a person wait 2 1/2 hours ? 🥺 More

WVM has completed 90% of the work on my 2000 VW Jetta and ALWAYS done a great job (esp Justin/mechanic) The car has just under 430k miles and I still love the car!
