Justin went above and beyond trying to get us the right financing for us. He understood our concerns and did his best to address each one. The young lady who assisted in setting up the infotainment system needs to get a more pleasant personality for this line of work. It seems as though my wife and I were interrupting her lunch or something. She was the only one we had an unpleasant experience with at the dealership. Everyone else was pleasant and polite. More

Deal was consummated in about two hours but then waited over FIVE hours to complete paperwork with the “finance” team. Never offered a reason or apology from anyone in leadership. It took us asking to speak to a manager at the five hours mark to finally get to the paperwork and only because the “manager” put us to the front of the line ahead of others that were waiting too. I would have expected at the least someone in a leadership role to have spent some time during our five hour wait explaining and offer apologies but even when we asked to speak to a “manager” he was annoyed that we were upset. Total lack of leadership and will not recommend. More
