I only had an oil change and that was fine and no question about how that was handled. I told service center people that I needed a new key fob ordered for my car and all they did was run an estimate question about how that was handled. I told service center people that I needed a new key fob ordered for my car and all they did was run an estimate on it. I had to stand around and wait for them to Prepare it and I had to pay separately for fob.I was very clear in what I needed about the key fob and what I asked for it was totally disregarded. Staff could see I was on a walker and I had to wait and was in a lot of pain. If only they had done when I asked upon leaving my car. More
