After dropping my vehicle for service and minor warranty work, several days passed and I received very little communication from the service department. When I was finally notified and I went to pick it up, work, several days passed and I received very little communication from the service department. When I was finally notified and I went to pick it up, I noticed the headliner around the overhead console and the drivers door sill was very dirty. I showed it to the service writer who didn't seem to give it a lot of concern. When I got home I called and spoke to Carol Mahanes-after explaining what happened she set me an appointment to have my vehicle detailed. I also received a call back from Justin Dowling who assured me this would be corrected. When I dropped my vehicle, Mike (at Auto Spa) asked specifically what was wrong, again assuring me it would be corrected. Austin Schultz was my detail technician and he did a phenomenal job on my vehicle-likely the cleanest it's been since new. I was initially very disappointed with my service as I had never experienced this at Beck, but all involved made it right and made sure I was happy. I left as a continued loyal customer. This type of customer service is a rare commodity these days and the Beck team hit this one out of the park!! More
