I scheduled the oil change with Mills Ford in Willmar where I will be going from now on. BTW, I just love your impersonal word counter. Perhaps if you had just one of the four or five ‘service reps’ paid for by customers perform ‘customer’ service your might have kept my business. I also took the time to communicate with Mr Tenvoorde about my dissatisfaction. Of course the response was from AI and I never heard from the guy with the name on the door. Fairly quick service. However I had a recall due on my vehicle. They asked if they could complete it, which I agreed to.
