We had another great experience at MBRVC. Throughout that time, there were many conversations between myself and Jerone, our sales person. He had to talk me off the ledge a few times, but in the end, I couldn't be happier. Jerone was always friendly, very helpful, patient, and was never pushy. He helped me create my dream car which was definitely worth the wait. I am very thankful for all of his assistance throughout this process. Justin, our concierge, was very thorough during our pick-up appointment. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. We had a very positive experience overall and we will definitely reach out to Jerone when it's time for our next car. More

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank your staff for an excellent sales experience. My father has been a Mercedes customer for decades and I share his passion for automobiles. On Veteran’s day my fathe an excellent sales experience. My father has been a Mercedes customer for decades and I share his passion for automobiles. On Veteran’s day my father, who is a veteran suffering from advanced cancer, mentioned that his lease was coming due and he didn’t know how to handle it. Naturally he has concerns about any exposure to Covid and no longer has enthusiasm for negotiating a great deal on a car. William Mehrkens had reached out to me about my lease that is soon to be ending and the man is a true gentleman. I told my father I’d reach out to “my guy,” and see if we can work something out. Mr. Mehrkens and I went through the RVC inventory for GLC300s and discussed various options for tailoring a new lease, including emails during his day off. We set an appointment and William had everything ready and waiting. My father was singing papers within 30 minutes of walking in the door. The next day we picked up the car and the experience couldn’t be better. The gentlemen assisting us, had everything immaculate, distanced, and were thoroughly knowledgeable of their product. I look forward to returning in a few weeks to discuss my own options with Mr. Mehrkens. More
