We were sold a Used Polestar SC60. We had intended to buy an extended range. It was frustrating because I had provided 2 stock numbers that we wanted to see. Regardless, we got two spend two full days in the dealership and 6 hours in the car to get it rectified. More

Signed documents on 6/13. they found me a vehicle that was specked pretty close to what we wanted. the car was delivered to our home clean. we would have liked a more thorough understanding of how things worked but the dealership be what we wanted. the car was delivered to our home clean. we would have liked a more thorough understanding of how things worked but the dealership bent over backwards to give us a thorough training session when we asked for it. extra accessories were provided in a timely fashion. though not an issue for us I believe it would be helpful to staff to have appropriate direct Volvo participation in handling winter tire requests. it was tough for them to understand our needs in that regard, as a matter of fact I would like Volvo to contact me personally to discuss this issue. I live in the mountains with the driving through 1' to 2' of snow is common and all season tires do not fit the bill More
