I requested more info/availability and Hannah was able to get me set up with a test drive the next day. Although I was pre-approved, they do not hold cars even with deposits due to the high demands of these cars, Hannah was able to assure me that we could get something going. She was able to work with Justin from finance and get that car under my name the same day with a better rate locking in a dream car I’ve always wanted!! Excellent service in a difficult situation. My husband and I arrived 1 1/2 hours before closing. We intended to arrive sooner but between weather, traffic, and other circumstances, we were pressed for time. We were also traveling from out of state which added another level of complexity. John was able to get us into the car we were interested in for a test drive, Sears financing partners were able to beat the APR we were approved for through our credit union and overall, our purchasing experience was excellent. All in all, we were in the door and out within 2 hours, we appreciated everybody’s kindness and willingness to stay beyond working hours for our benefit. More
