When I arrived a service adviser was right there to greet me and went over what I had told them my problem was when I made the appointment to make sure it was correct. When the work was completed the service adviser informed me that the work had been completed and what had been done. If I was walking around the show room I was greeted and asked if needed any help or if there were any questions I had. Everybody I encounterd was friendly and helpfull. More

Typical car buying experience in that salesperson would go 'to the back' to talk to the manager about getting us the best deal, but I expected that from the beginning.
