Hi, my name is Justin Harding. I was born and raised right here in Fort Wayne, IN. I graduated from Northrop High School and attended IPFW. I am a member of Blackhawk Church. I came to work for O’Daniel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram almost 19 years ago because of their outstanding reputation in the community and because the O’Daniel family are great people to work for! I take great pride in helping people, as nothing in life is more rewarding. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife, Rebecca, my step-sons, Rob and Casey, and our grandchildren, Alison, Madison, and Robbie. I also enjoy gardening, cooking out, and traveling.

This will be my 3rd lease with Justin. I trust him. We used to work together. I am happy my payment will be lower & I was afraid I was trading down quality wise but I found out that is I trust him. We used to work together. I am happy my payment will be lower & I was afraid I was trading down quality wise but I found out that is not the case with this Compass Justin suggested. Best regards ! This is our first Jeep and more technologically advanced then any car we had owed previously. Besides being very friendly and courteous, Justin spent 2 or 3 hours making sure we understood the cars features then any car we had owed previously.
