Hello! I have grown up and lived in South County my whole life, and being that I am part owner here at Sunset Ford, this community and business has become my life. I am here to help however I can. So whether it be a Service, Parts, Body Shop or Sales related questions or concerns, I can help. I am also passionate in the Accessory and Aftermarket business. As far as when I have spare time outside of work, you will find me working on my personal old trucks, or spending time with my family, wife and 2 girls, either down at Suson Park, Grants Farm, or at the Lake. My goals here at work are to carry on our family traditions in running a local business for over 111 years in the same location. I am writing this review about the team at Sunset Ford on Gravois. Jenn, Mike, Justin(s), Memphis, and Pete have gone above and beyond taking care of me and my ‘21 Ford Bronco. Most notably they worked on my Gravois. Jenn, Mike, Justin(s), Memphis, and Pete have gone above and beyond taking care of me and my ‘21 Ford Bronco. Most notably they worked on my behalf contacting Ford Corporate about an issue I was having with my hardtop. Jenn, Mike and the rest of the service team worked with Justin and the sales team and they were ultimately able to get me sorted out with a brand new hardtop! What really stood out to me while working with Sunset on this issue was how I felt like they were invested in solving the issue just as much as I was. I did not feel alone anymore, after having dealt with Ford Support for months to no avail. I was kept well informed through the whole process by all members of the teams, and there were never any surprises. If you’re looking for reliable, attentive, and friendly service, I highly recommend Sunset Ford on Gravois. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance needs. Sunset Ford service dept. will lie to you and mislead you and then overcharge you for their service. I brought my truck to their service dept. to have the PCM programmed to a will lie to you and mislead you and then overcharge you for their service. I brought my truck to their service dept. to have the PCM programmed to a valve body I installed in my transmission and after several attempts of trying to get it to work they told me I needed a new transmission and wanted to charge me approx. $9,000. I could have had this done at a local transmission shop for half that price. My truck worked fine for 4 years and had an occasional funny shift at a certain RPM range which was annoying after 4 years, so I did a lot of research and replaced the valve body and lead frame. The only thing Sunset Ford was supposed to do was program the PCM to the new parts. They couldn't even get that right. Then they tell me I need a new transmission. I'm not buying it. Warning: Do not go to this dealership for service unless you want to get lied to and ripped off. More
