Hello! I have grown up and lived in South County my whole life, and being that I am part owner here at Sunset Ford, this community and business has become my life. I am here to help however I can. So whether it be a Service, Parts, Body Shop or Sales related questions or concerns, I can help. I am also passionate in the Accessory and Aftermarket business. As far as when I have spare time outside of work, you will find me working on my personal old trucks, or spending time with my family, wife and 2 girls, either down at Suson Park, Grants Farm, or at the Lake. My goals here at work are to carry on our family traditions in running a local business for over 111 years in the same location. I want to retain that personal touch that so much of this corporate world has seemed to lose. Please never hesitate to call for suggestions, concerns or to say hello. 314-467-1120. Ok, all good points Phil, and regardless, I'm sorry we are not providing you the best experience that suites your needs, we are truly trying to balance all customers demands. Regarding masks, we are following orders directed by St. Louis County since we do not have our own medical staff of advisors, and from what I know, masks are not required at this time. Our theory is we wouldn't overstep any other laws or requirements by the county at any other time, so we don't feel we should be overstepping here/now. We have been trying to hire someone since Spring to greet customers at their vehicle and help with the welcoming process, but we have either had little to no applicants or the ones we have hired have only lasted a few weeks. Our staff does genuinely care about everyone coming in the door, they are just simply over worked and its not allowing them to be as welcoming as they should be. Let me know you receive the refund you mentioned, otherwise I can help track it down. I really appreciate the sincere feedback. I will not be changing mask requirements for now, but I can make an impact on the other areas of concern. Thanks for the information. Justin.

justin, just a repeat of what ive already said. nobody wears a mask except for one man. thats nice that u give employees a choice but not thoughtful of your customers. still no signage about what to do when u pull up. work being done that doesnt need to be (emissions). the people i have met there are not as welcoming as they should be. mike s is the exception. waiting for a refund, but i know that can take a few days. if sinclair is no better i will go back to pappas. thanks for listening.

I am very Happy & pleased to have Jim Evans as my Vehicle Salesman, he is Super Friendly and very knowledgeable!!! Jim held the vehicle I was interested in, I came in Saturday took the Car for a Test Vehicle Salesman, he is Super Friendly and very knowledgeable!!! Jim held the vehicle I was interested in, I came in Saturday took the Car for a Test Drive, During the Ride Jim carefully pointed out all of the Awesome Features that I was not aware of and explained everything very carefully. When I mentioned that I Definitely wanted to purchase this car he was so kind to download all my phone contact to the blue tooth feature. I came in 6/28/2021 Monday Evening with a Cashiers Check to Purchase my Beautiful Ford Escape, Jim had all of the Paperwork all ready and he went over everything we needed to sign, We went with the Financial guy Treff that also explained everything and was very nice and we once again signed and initialed certain documents and he gave us the Temp Tag which Jim Evans was so kind to Put the New Temp Tag onto my License Plate. Jim went over some last minute reminders and updates on gadgets and controls on the car and even offered to take a picture of me in Front of my Beautiful Ford Escape and then I Drove off into the Sunset.....After Closing the Deal at Sunset Ford with Jim Evans!!! Thank You!!! I Love my Ford Escape!!! More
