I had a wonderful experience getting a new car at Paragon. I was driving an old car and it was time for an upgrade. I also stayed within my budget (which I was super nervous about) and still get what I wanted. The vehicle was delivered to my house later that day so I would not have to wait there all day. Justin Hili and Azmain Ishrak were so incredibly friendly and helpful, it was such an easy process. Great service and communication, and even a follow up text to make sure I received the car and everything went well and that I was happy. Additionally, I learned Paragon will come pick up my car for every oil single change/when service is needed for a very very reasonably priced package. I have a very busy schedule and saving that time on days I need service will be so amazing. I just wish I had done this sooner honestly! More

They got me into a new car and I now have two leases open. They are quick to get you in a car, and actually great with service, but they have ruined my credit because of their delay. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH PARAGON!!! The have taken over two months to pay off the old lease and its still not paid off after being on the phone with them for over a month. It has tanked my credit by 70 points so far and I fear for what it will be by the time I get a lawyer to straighten it out. As of this review they have still not paid out my prior lease and I am now responsible for both cars. Both Anthony Munez and Justin Hill are sales managers and have scammed me by telling me they were clearing up the misunderstanding up. This is a full month after David my sales person said a check was in the mail for three weeks in a row. After one month back and forth- they have still not paid off the prior lease. My assumption is that they don't have the cash to pay off the lease and in the process- I got screwed. This is an old school atmosphere as far as i can see, where the men are the car salesman and the female receptionist can only leave messages for the guys, and the guys never call you back, including the owner. There has been one issue after another in efforts to get this straightened out- without even an apology!!! In addition, the owner- who i contacted, Brian Benstock- has been cc'd on the fiasco and he never tried to reach out to clean up his sales teams mess. Buyers beware. I will never get a car from this dealership again- if it survives. I would recommend you find another Acura dealership- the car is great!!! More

Not being Honest to their customers! Do not go this place. They will agreed upon one price then fill total different place on new contract paper. And who charges two destination price? This is basic math. If state tax is 6.35% you don't put 0.06635 and give a reason you round up the decimals. Wrote a expensive feedback with their manager but never heard back. Not even thank you. Forgot the mention the sales man is name Bryan Garcia. As you see in the picture attach total price for the car suppose to be $41961. He then write that amount in a new form + destination on it. Not being honest! More

Excellent Leasing Experience I have been buying my Acura MDX from Paragon Acura since 2001. This was my 8th vehicle. I had never worked with Thomas but Peter Pazmino, the sales I have been buying my Acura MDX from Paragon Acura since 2001. This was my 8th vehicle. I had never worked with Thomas but Peter Pazmino, the sales manager walked me over to him. I decided to go from the 17 MDX advance to the 2020 RDX advance but I had a lot of concerns. Thomas was professional, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions and offered me a very fair deal for the new vehicle. The only complaint I would have had in the past is that the day you show up to pickup your car, it usually takes hours in the dealership to get the car prepped, the insurance and plates swapped and sign the paperwork. Well this time was pleasantly different. Thomas, who was busy with other customers found the time to get it all done and get me out of the dealership in 1 hours time ! That is really big. I felt like Thomas respected my time and did all he could to give me the experience I desired. If you are looking for a new vehicle I would recommend an Acura, and if you are going to lease or purchase an Acura, I would strongly recommend you speak with Thomas Ng at Paragon Acura. More

Thomas & his team went above and beyond on my dream NSX! I was on the fence about getting a new NSX and Paragon is my local Acura dealer. I was preparing to visit every Acura dealer in the Tri State área and I was on the fence about getting a new NSX and Paragon is my local Acura dealer. I was preparing to visit every Acura dealer in the Tri State área and fight for the best price on the best looking NSX that I could find! I never thought in a million years that my local dealer would have had the exact car that I wanted and came down the exact price that I wanted! Thomas & his team couldn’t have done a better job during my sale. I had every random request and question that you can think of and they answered every single one! I have regained faith in buying cars again and working with dealer. This a top notch team with the absolute best price and inventory in the country! Believe I called every dealer I could find on google and no one could beat Paragons service and price! Do your self a favor and at least test drive the NSX any time that you’re considering an Acura! More
