He listened to what I was looking for and had the perfect choice ready to test drive when we arrived....the part where I was disappointed is not in the staff, not in the price, but in the length of time it took. The dealership was busy and we had to wait what seemed forever and would have been an additional hour or two to sign paperwork if it were not for me speaking up and getting someone pulled in to help us finish the mountain of paperwork....honestly, to walk in knowing what you want ready to pay cash - the transaction time should not take 3 - 4 hours. Also, now that the transaction is complete....we have been asked to come back twice due to formalities....just wish the paperwork part was slimmed down and streamlined. More

I was so impressed by About three weeks ago I accompanied a friend who purchased a Hyundai Accent at Crown. Her sales consultant was Justin Hoffman. I was so impressed by the treatment she received and since I had been contemplating the purchase of a new vehicle I decided to make Crown my first stop. I asked for Justin and received the same royal treatment. Since I owned a 2005 Elantra for the past 9 years and was completely satisfied with its performance, I inquired about the 2014. Justin was happy to show me one and take me on a test drive. We were able to come up with a car that fit my budget. Justin worked very hard to make that happen for me. He was accommodating, respectful and most helpful. I also had a very positive experience with the finance officer,Jessica Scarboro. I am now enjoying driving around the streets of St,Pete in my beautiful silver 2014 Hyundai Elantra. I would definitely recommend this dealership, Justin and the rest of the associates to anyone! More
