We are giving an overall GOOD rating to the dealership because the last phase of the purchase was for us to switch from Mr. Hoffman in sales to Mr. Damian Lambert in the finance department. That last phase of the deal seemed extremely taxing and exhausting to us after we had already been at Crown Hyundai for approximately five hours! Mr. Lambert is a speed talker and we could not quite grasp all that he was stating to us. Mr. Lambert is an extremely intelligent guy. But anyhow, Go to Crown Hyundai, ask for Mr. Hoffman, and Mr. Anderson, but remember to bring a sandwich! Five hours to buy a car is a long time and they are a busy dealership! But it was worth the wait. More

He listened to what I was looking for and had the perfect choice ready to test drive when we arrived....the part where I was disappointed is not in the staff, not in the price, but in the length of time it took. The dealership was busy and we had to wait what seemed forever and would have been an additional hour or two to sign paperwork if it were not for me speaking up and getting someone pulled in to help us finish the mountain of paperwork....honestly, to walk in knowing what you want ready to pay cash - the transaction time should not take 3 - 4 hours. Also, now that the transaction is complete....we have been asked to come back twice due to formalities....just wish the paperwork part was slimmed down and streamlined. More
