I immediately felt comfortable, no pressure, I was greeted at the entrance. The dealer, Justin, was so attentive and professional which is what I truly liked. I was so impressed with their service, yes I walked away with a 2014 Hyundai and you know the dealer (Justin) let me know every step he was taking when assisting me with buying a car. Excellent experience, I will definitely be back and already let a few of my friends know about Crown Hyundai. After my experience I have been giving everyone I know the website and name and number of Justin. I don't want to forget Danny Lai thank you for explaining the process in detail of buying and maintaining my new car. I was so impressed by the treatment she received and since I had been contemplating the purchase of a new vehicle I decided to make Crown my first stop. I asked for Justin and received the same royal treatment. Since I owned a 2005 Elantra for the past 9 years and was completely satisfied with its performance, I inquired about the 2014. Justin was happy to show me one and take me on a test drive. We were able to come up with a car that fit my budget. Justin worked very hard to make that happen for me. He was accommodating, respectful and most helpful. I also had a very positive experience with the finance officer,Jessica Scarboro. I am now enjoying driving around the streets of St,Pete in my beautiful silver 2014 Hyundai Elantra. I would definitely recommend this dealership, Justin and the rest of the associates to anyone! More

I just purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata, and I could not be happier with the customer service, the price, the amount I received for my trade, and the low-pressure atmosphere. Justin Hoffman was by far the most down to earth and honest salesperson I have ever encountered. He made the process so easy, and I am so glad we made the decision to travel to St. Pete!!! I initially spoke to Chris Aviso; Sales Mgr. over the phone to inquire about a used vehicle on their lot I spotted on the internet. Chris then put me in touch with salesmen Justin Hoffman who went to the phone to inquire about a used vehicle on their lot I spotted on the internet. Chris then put me in touch with salesmen Justin Hoffman who went to the vehicle in question to answer the questions I had about it. Chris even went so far as to say he could put me in that vehicle and stay within my budget and to my surprise, they did!! Justin knew I would be coming the next morning to look at the vehicle and that I was driving a distance, so he stashed it overnight so it would be there the next morning and I wouldn't have wasted a trip. (Thanks again Justin). Daniel the finance guy introduced himself even before we were to sit down and finalize all the paperwork and was very knowledgeable and to my amazement found an even better finance rate than the one I was securing on my own. The dealership is very clean and modern and everyone there, was friendly. I would recommend Crown Hyundai to anyone. More
