My rating is based upon the failure to fix a serious warranty issue. The original visit for service was several months ago. The critical part is a new radio that controls the operating screen which controls the heater, defrost, seat and steering wheel heaters. The dealer had to order a new radio and did not have a delivery date. Finally, the radio came in and it was discovered to be faulty. Another radio was ordered with no idea of when it will come in. Thus far we are going on 4 months and counting. This is one of four vehicles I have purchased thru this dealership in the last several years. The communication from the service department was fine but the results were severely lacking. More

I just purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee when my 4 year lease was up. Justin got my paperwork started before I got there and Brian was ready for me to sign the purchase papers. Took under an hour to complete everything, very efficient! I felt like I got first class service from the time I walked through the door. Justin poured me a cup of coffee. I went in thinking that a suggestion would be to detail my Jeep. To my surprise, Justin set up a time the next week and offered to detail my Jeep (before I had time to ask). Set up complimentary oil change. Before I left, he took my Jeep and filled the gas tank also. This attention to detail, clean facilities, prices and first class service is makes me a loyal customer. My children are grown now and they buy from Klaben also. More
