Let me start by saying that my husband and I are very pleased with our purchase. We shopped around and found a vehicle that we wanted and got what we feel was a good deal. We have mixed feelings and emotions about this purchase because we have always bought from Klaben Ford, purchasing a Ford vehicle. This time around we wanted a Jeep, so we went to Klaben Jeep. We have always felt that Mr. Klaben has taken good care of us and we wanted to remain loyal to him. Loyalty is important to us. So, to review the Jeep dealership- people were friendly and kind. Financing was friendly and helpful. ( We we’re sad not to work with Mike Cooney and Mr. Klaben’s daughter in financing because we enjoy them and have been loyal to them over the years. If you haven’t already figured out, Klaben Ford is like extended family to us. They mean something to my husband and I)! We were able to test drive the vehicle and ask questions and Justin answered our questions with knowledge. After the paperwork was completed, Justin quickly went through the dashboard components, switches, gauges, etc. He was very busy and had other customers, and was being drawn to others, which happens, but now we find we are trying to figure the touch screen, navigation, etc. ourselves or we have our kids show us since they also have Jeeps. As we were making the purchase we asked Justin about several things- a tool kit to remove the doors, a price on an air deflector, and a hood lock through the parts department. He told us that he would get back to us and since we hadn’t heard from him, we bought from elsewhere. I hope this review is a helpful one for you. We appreciated Justin and all his knowledge, his kindness, his concern by wearing a mask even when he did not need to…we wore masks as well. Thank you! More

I called Justin with a dilemma concerning our Dodge Ram needing a bigger axle to pull our new camper. He did everything he could and got us a great deal in a new Ram with the larger axle and did it fast en needing a bigger axle to pull our new camper. Ordered the truck in February with Justin's help, got exactly what we wanted and then some. Ten weeks later it came in and we were able to pick it up and be out of there within 2 hours.
