It was near closing when I went, I filled out and inquiry online and called and I definitely recommend going to Kia if you're looking for a vehicle! It was near closing when I went, I filled out and inquiry online and called and asked for a same day appointment within a 30 minute time frame and was told, "absolutely, come right in." Laura greeted me, asked me what kind of vehicle I was looking for and my price range , then began showing me vehicles. She didn't rush me, she was very nice, honest and upfront. Once I chose the vehicle I wanted, we started the paperwork, and I was approved within 30 minutes. Laura made sure I was confident in my decision, and went above and beyond in assisting me with my purchase. She sat in the vehicle with me, showed me all the feature and how to use them, and also told me to come back at any time if I had any additional questions or if I needed assistance. my experience with halleen kia I brought my 2014 Soul up for a car wash. And while i waited i went for a walk looking for a Sportage, my lease would have been up in March 2017. i w I brought my 2014 Soul up for a car wash. And while i waited i went for a walk looking for a Sportage, my lease would have been up in March 2017. i was very happy with my Soul., but was looking for a new experience ,and was happy with the personnel at Halleen. And thats when Mike Seale greeted me and asked if he could help me with anything.. We sat down and talked about the many options that i had, long story short ,I took a Model for a test drive and enjoyed the feel and comfort including the looks. After i settled on a plan that i was comfortable with,Mike wrote me up. and i was moved to Finaance. where I was greeted By Justin Labuda., who explained what my payment would be along with any other optional services i might be interested in.Both were very patient with me . And I drove home a new 2017 sportage. And so far am pleased, thanks again Mike and Justin. More

Everyone from Phyllis, to Renaldo and Justin... they were all fantastic to work with! Renaldo answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable. Very patient and just a pleasure. Justin got us in and out quickly with all the paperwork we needed, and Phyllis was actually our first contact via email with Halleen. Very prompt and helpful... just a great experience from beginning to end. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car, van or SUV. You won't be disappointed! More
