My salesman Jon O.,made it possible for me to drive a Soul home that night as he didn't think my car was safe to drive. I came back the next day and unfortunately I couldn't afford the Soul but they got me into a car that was affordable for me and I am very happy with it. All of the people I dealt with were kind and professional. More

The next morning, I came in and was immediately greeted by Jim's smiling face. He was friendly and attentive throughout every moment of the process. He listened to my incredibly vague outline of what I needed, was patient and understanding while going over my complicated finances and various streams of income, and located exactly the car for me right away. There was some back and forth with the bank, but after all was worked out, I met with Justin to sign all of the paperwork. He was friendly and engaging, and explained everything to me quickly and clearly. The whole process was incredibly efficient on their end. I was lacking some documentation and had some struggles on my end with delivering my trade-in vehicle, which meant a very long day despite their efficiency. Still, everyone I encountered remained friendly, cheerful, and understanding. This was by far the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had. At no point did I feel pressured or manipulated; on the contrary, I felt as though Jim actually cared about me and became a friend. I walked away, despite all odds, with a car that I'm in love with, and a sales experience that I would recommend to anyone. More

Honest, fair deal without hassels I hate buying cars! I don’t play games juggling money and trying not to be tricked. My husband dragged me to Halleen Kia on Tuesday to look at cars. I hate buying cars! I don’t play games juggling money and trying not to be tricked. My husband dragged me to Halleen Kia on Tuesday to look at cars. I saw one I liked a lot but didn’t even drive it. They gave me a price and and an offer for my trade. Wednesday I went to a dealer I have dealt with for 12 years. I drove a Sportage and liked it a lot. I will not buy a black interior. They ONLY carry black interiors. I spent OVER 4 hours of my life while the salesman ran back and forth to a manager. They kept trying to sell me what they had instead of finding what I wanted. I knew where the exact car I wanted was. They asked what they needed to do to sell me their car, I told them, basing it entirely on the deal I was offered by Halleen. I was tired and annoyed when I left. The salesman called me back a couple of hours later asking me to come back while he continued to work on his manager. I declined. I found a Sportage that had exactly the colors and equipment I wanted on Kia.com. I went back to Halleen to be sure it was the color combination I truly wanted. They went to a third dealer to get my car. On Friday, I picked up my beautiful new AWD Sparkling Silver Sportage with a grey interior. No one played any funny money games, stole my keys or did any of the tricky things that I associate with buying a car. WOW! It was a great experience. More

While waiting for the Sorento to be completed we decided to check out the Soul just to see what it was like. Taking the soul and the forte for a ride and liking the soul better we decided to take one step further, then another and before we knew it we were driving home with a new car and what I feel a great deal. The entire process was fairly quick and easy, Jay our sales person was attentive and explained the process well. I would recommend Halleen KIA for your next vehicle purchase. More
