It was completely pain free, even when Brad sat in my car with me for over an hour to help me reconfigure the settings on my phone so that I could use the new GPS system. He had extreme patience and was very knowledgeable about everything in my new ecosport and my android to ensure everything was working perfectly. Thanks again Brad for everything! First experiance at Sunset Ford I arrived at the dealership with out knowing anything about Sunset Ford other than they had a vehicle I wanted to see and drive. Dan was the first pe I arrived at the dealership with out knowing anything about Sunset Ford other than they had a vehicle I wanted to see and drive. Dan was the first person I spoke to and was very patient and polite. The vehicle was not a perfect match for what we wanted. He stayed in touch, but was not overbearing. When a match for what I was interested in was located Dan reached out to me, to set up a time. He was helpful then, and has still followed up to ensure everything is as expected. When in the market for the next vehicle Sunset and Dan will be the first contact. Justin in finance was very helpful as well. This involved an out of state title. he made this seamless. I appreciate the entire experience with their team. More
