T The experience at this dealership is almost beyond words. We started with this dealership last November when we decided it was time for a new car. The first night that we met Brad snow was coming in, yet he took the time to let us see an Expedition. He even offered to let us take a test drive. We told him that we were just starting our journey into the search for a new car and that we would be back. Fast forward to March and we looked at lots of different dealers and Expeditions. In the three state search we did, no one made us feel like Brad and Sunset. When we first drove on the lot we were greeted by Jim (another warm, friendly face), who pointed us back to Brad when we asked. Brad made the experience extremely painless. Justin finished everything off and was literally the cherry on top of the whole experience. I cannot say enough about this whole experience. I can say with no hesitation that this is my Ford Dealer for life. More

What stood out about Tony was the continued follow up to ensure I was happy with my new Ford Edge and if I needed any assistance with navigating the new car and options. With all the new technology I definitely required additional help, however, Tony was there via, text, phone, and in person to ensure everything was working appropriate and to ensure I was orientated to all the new options and how to use them. He never once made me feel that I was inconveniencing him, although I definitely required additional help beyond what others would need. With my credit challenges, I knew it was going to take some time to figure things out and get what I wanted. After a lot of research, 2 weeks and SEVERAL dealerships later, I came back to Sunset because they were the ONLY ones that were genuinely trying to help me and not just "sell" me something. Dan was amazing through the process! He helped me figure things out and always got me answers to my questions instead of making me feel like I was asking the wrong questions. I could go on about the dealerships that I would NOT recommend, but I will just say, DON'T bother going anywhere else, just go to Sunset! I am super happy with my decision and will go back to Sunset from now on! More

Positive car buying experience My experience at Sunset Ford and with my salesman, Jim Wagstaff, was positive! I had been looking for a small SUV to replace my 19 year old van. My My experience at Sunset Ford and with my salesman, Jim Wagstaff, was positive! I had been looking for a small SUV to replace my 19 year old van. My husband inquired about a Ford Edge on a Monday afternoon and I was able to test drive it that evening when I got off work. My time was limited so Jim had the car waiting for me so I would not have to wait. Jim was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I had many questions since a lot had changed since the last time I purchased a vehicle. He listened to what I was wanting in a car and let us test drive a 2nd car that evening. We were able to determine that the 1st car would better suit my needs. We agreed on a price and the deal was sealed. We returned a couple days later and purchased the car. Jim had patience with me when teaching me all the ins and outs on how to operate my new SUV and how to use the many options it had to offer.
