Looking for a special car sent me to Sunset Ford. I had been looking for a pre-owned, gently used Ford Explorer Sport. I searched for a month for the car that had just the correct equipment I was look I had been looking for a pre-owned, gently used Ford Explorer Sport. I searched for a month for the car that had just the correct equipment I was looking for, but there were only 4 in the entire metro St. Louis area, and only Sunset had the color I wanted. I visited the pre-owned center, and Jim Wagstaff greeted me. Jim is a very professional guy, but didn't push me into anything. Within 5 minutes of meeting Jim, he gave me the keys to test drive the car that I ultimately bought. Long story short, this was a very pleasing car- purchasing experience. Doesn't end there! Sunset Ford made my experience even sweeter by taking care of some important details like replacing wiper blades and brake pads before I signed on the dotted line. All of the team members that I came in contact with were professional, yet honest and personable people, and they all treated me with respect. That's all anyone can ask when buying a car. More
