I would attribute this to an outstanding sales person named Sam Martin. Sam always did what he said he was going to do (Integrity). And, when I told Sam that I wasn't satisfied with the appearance of the new tires on the Ford Explorer that I had just purchased Sam actually cleaned the tires himself, and he did a fantastic job! He also took my car to a better car wash. Sam has my strongest recommendation. Also, Justin in finance was very straight forward and NOT a high pressure sales guy. These guys are a trustworthy team. The next time we need to buy a car, we know where we're going! More

He did not push me into a decision right then and there. I told him I needed about a week to think over the choices and whether or not I really wanted to buy a a car or not. He completely understood and said he would call me next week and see if I had any questions. He gave me a printout of all the information about the vehicle I was considering to take home with me. I called him back about three days later, I told him I was torn between two vehicles and wanted to look at both again. When I got there, he had both vehicles de-iced and ready for me to look over. I was given my space, time to do it and even test drove both again. Dan put up with my waffling back and forth and even gave me the printouts on both vehicles to compare. After much blood sweat and tears on my part, I made my decision and I very happy with my choice. I feel that if I had not been given my space and the information about both vehicles, I may not have purchased a vehicle at all. I was leaning towards the one I did not purchase when I got there. I now know that would have not been the best decision for me. I highly recommend Dan! Justin was very friendly and found me a better deal than even my bank was going to give me on my auto loan. He also explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. When I left his office I felt very happy and confident about my vehicle financing and what I needed to do to register my vehicle. Jim Mitchell was my first contact with the dealership and his professionalism assisted in my decision to go to Sunset Ford. He was very willing to help me find the exact vehicle I was looking for and not once did he even suggest I compromise on what I wanted. More
