When we went to Sunset Ford we saw the Explorer that we want to test drive. My wife and I each took turns test driving it while one stayed behind with the kids in the waiting area. When we decided that we wanted it Jim Wagstaff was very helpful They gave us a great deal on trade in and Jim talked to us about the lifetime warranty. After that is was a no brainier. We bought the "wrap around" bumper to bumper warranty to match the lifetime power train warranty. This was all done with 2 kids in tow. Again very easy transaction and felt very comfortable.
