Hassle Free Financing, Great Inventory Selection, Rude Sales My Husband and I purchase brand-new vehicles every other year. Well unfortunately he passed away this year and since we can no longer use the discount I talked my Husband into looking at Ford F-150's. Prior to my Husband I had owned a Mercury Mountaineer which I loved and I have always thought Ford vehicles just looked so much nicer and higher end then Chevy which is rather plain and simple in appearance. So I started checking around online for the best Ford dealership and came across Sunset Ford and their unlimited miles unlimited years lifetime warranty which isn't offered by anyone else so we knew that's where we would start. On the way we thought it seemed to good to be true and assumed when we got there we would discover some "catch" and so we didn't allow ourselves to get over ally excited. Well guess what we were so wrong. It wasn't to good to be true... it was to good and so true that we both drove the trucks we had picked out home the very next day! What's even better is Ford has such amazing incentives that we actually purchased the trucks for the same price we could get with the GM discount on a Silverado with far less options and overall an inferior truck! I wish we would have known this a long time ago because if so we would have been driving Ford trucks all along! We are both extremely satisfied with our purchase. Now as for the purchasing process oh my! Steer clear of a salesman named Cory! He is very rude and will harrass you non-stop even making passive aggressive threats to get you back into the dealership before the truck you're interested in is sold or sent to their other location. He doesn't appreciate your business and just moves on to the next customer without even acknowledging the fact you just purchased not one but two $50,000 trucks! The only thing keeping his job for him I suppose is the excellent management skills provided by Larry. He is very straight up and sincere. He kindly smoothed over all the issues Cory created. Also financing is usually the worst most time consuming part of the process but not at Sunset thanks to the very knowledgeable Justin Lombard... it was insanely quick actually the quickest we have ever went through and by far the least stressful. We filled out the apps around 6 pm and left. The next morning right around 9 am he called just needing us to email him a copy of our check stubs. We sent them and he called back about an hour later with an approval on both trucks through Ford Credit. Not just an approval either the best rate and terms we have ever had on any purchase! Honestly Justin Lombard single handedly earned our business for life! More

I had looked online and was contacted by Donna once I saw the inventory available. I was very specific with he model that I wanted and Steve did everything possible to get me what I was looking for. I feel that Sunset Ford worked with me and got me exactly what I needed and also a good deal on my trade in and my new truck. The truck I wanted was in the Waterloo location so Steve had it there waiting for me in Sunset Hills the next day. Everyone handled themselves well and didn't play games with me on the price.
