Cory Pupilo was wonderful!! I took my mom in to Ford, she had 4 cars she wanted to look at!! I explained to Cory what I wanted for her like the safety stuff being number one!! She wanted her phone to be hooked up and be able to call 911 :-) she was starting to get the hang of it. At first she wanted this really small car, I told Cory to pull around a different car she would love but it was bigger and I would knew if she got hit she would be safe, He did, she drove that car and said this is my car!! Yes it was a little more money but for my mom's safety it is so worth it!! She loved Cory, he showed her everything about the car! Cory made my day knowing that she would be safe!! Steve took the time to listen to all of my family's needs and didn't stop until he found the perfect car. I was most impressed because he never asked us to change our " wish list" just to make a sale. After finding the perfect new 2016 Edge, Steve handed us over to Justin who had all our paperwork in order which made the total car buying process very seemless. Finally, I wanted to special order mats and Tom from Sevice offered to have them next day, so we could have them before the holiday week-end.
