We test drove several vehicles before we decided on our Escape and he was very thorough in explaining options, pricing, etc. We purchased a used vehicle and it is quite obvious that Sunset Ford goes over every vehicle to make certain the customer is getting a reliable vehicle with no problems. Justin Lombard in Finance was also very courteous and explained all the paper work and the warranties we have on the vehicle. We have and will continue to recommend Sunset to our family and friends for their new and used vehicle needs. More

Very easy and fun! Awesome experience! Great dealership. I was in to get some work done on my 2012 Fusion SE and had Mindy Linn as my service advisor. I worked with her extensively on contacting the warranty I was in to get some work done on my 2012 Fusion SE and had Mindy Linn as my service advisor. I worked with her extensively on contacting the warranty company I had on my 2012 Fusion since they decided to be a huge thorn in my side. Mindy went out of her way numerous times to try and take care of my needs to take the burden of dealing with the company off of my shoulders (even stayed a little later a few times to get through to the company). Through that process I spoke with her about some of the cars on the lot and one specifically that I had been eyeing for a good amount of time. She referred me over to the sales department to see what I could find out while I waited for the repairs to be done on my car. As soon as I got into the main lobby of the sales center and started looking at some floor models I was greeted by Steve Lower. I told him the story of my current car and that I was motivated to purchase a car that day on the spot based on the situation. We talked for a few and I was able to head over to his office spot and hash out the details on the financial side of things. He explained stuff very well, made everything relatable and easy to understand with my trade-in and current deals/specials. I was able to see the difference in discounts and specials to pick what was best for my needs. He did not lie to me at any point and was the most upfront and easy going person I think I've ever dealt with when it comes to vehicle purchases. The test drive was effortless and despite the time at night he was able to get the vehicle cleaned up and gassed up for me to go once I finished all of the financial paperwork. Even after my purchase I've been able to call him and get what I need in a timely fashion. Steve was a very nice guy and assisted me perfectly! Justin Lombard assisted me with the financial side of things and outlined the warranty that was coming with the car and any additional options I had with that side of things. He was able to give me some great insight into the taxes on the car and what the trade-in will do with the taxes that I have to pay within the next month. Justin was very personable and friendly and a great person to have working the finances and the associated paperwork. More

Keith helped me find the perfect car for me and was patient with me as I made my first adult purchase. I was able to get a car that I didn't even think that I wanted and I don't regret my decision. I went to the dealership thinking I was going to get one model of the Ford Escape but I ended up with a different model and I wouldn't go back. When I went and did the financing I told them that I wanted to go through a certain credit union and they obliged but when I went to go sign the paperwork I felt bullied into getting an additional warranty. I kept saying no and the finance man was pushing it and would not take that for an answer. Finally after about 5 to 10 minutes of me saying "I don't think it's necessary" he listened. I was excited about making my first big purchase and he kind "brought me down." And I didn't really appreciate it. More

Terrible Warranty Process and Customer Service Purchased a New 2016 Ford Focus SE Hatchback on 5-21-16, Don was honest and upfront and not pushy in our decision in choosing between a New or Pre-Own Purchased a New 2016 Ford Focus SE Hatchback on 5-21-16, Don was honest and upfront and not pushy in our decision in choosing between a New or Pre-Owned car, after careful consideration it was in our best interest to get a new car, was all clean and shiny and they even put a full tank of gas in it before we picked it up! Don also showed me how to sync my phone to the car and showed me how to use all the features inside and outside the car. June 22nd Edit After owning this new car for 3 weeks and having 1600 miles on it, there was a gap in my rear quarter window, also my lcd screen for the center console displayed a black screen with colored lines along with sirius not available even though you get 6 months free upon purchasing a new ford, took 8 days to fix the car, they took the dash apart to replace the lcd screen and had to replace the window 3 times or so just to get it right, got a call a couple days ago stating that the window was installed incorrectly again and that they would need to redo it, also after picking up the car today, I noticed a small dent a couple inches from the window that they replaced, told the shop manager and she didn't seem concerned at all and even told me that the window guys don't have anything that would dent the car, she said come by next week and we'll take a look at it, absolutely ludicrous then when I sign off on my car the cashier tells me I got a free car wash for my trouble, I honestly don't know If I'm dreaming or what but I'm being completely honest in this review, have pictures of the car with the lcd screen being bad and the window gap, just feel like I wasn't treated like a valued customer even though I spent a little above 20 grand to get this new car, Disgusted. More
