I'm extremely happy that I found Sunset Ford and bought my new Hyundai Elantra with them. I got a fantastic car for a below market level price and it included the lifetime warranty. What more could I ask? Justin Lombard was the finance member I talked to. He was friendly, very organized, and sped through the process, being careful to explain every paper to us so we understood it fully. Randy Ennis, my salesman, made the entire process quick and easy. I, being a 22 year old college student, didn't know too much about purchasing a car, but he helped me through every step and talked to my parents about the finance and warranty side of the deal. He was very friendly and always had a smile on his face. Randy had a sign up in his office that said, "No negativity allowed," and that same motto rang true for my entire experience at Sunset Ford. Excellent no BS Ford Dealer We started our journey trying to find a nice F150 online and ended up at Sunset Ford Saint Louis. When we showed up we were greeted by Cory Pupillo wh We started our journey trying to find a nice F150 online and ended up at Sunset Ford Saint Louis. When we showed up we were greeted by Cory Pupillo who steered us directly toward the F150 we were looking at online. He made sure we knew our other options as well but he did NOT try to upsell us. Upon our return Tim Stewart took care of us all the way through our buying experience. Very nice and knowledgeable sales man. The final day when I was to take delivery I was majorly pressed for time. I let the guys know about it and they made sure to expedite my experience. Just Lombard from finance got us setup with our bumper to bumper life time warrantee and we could not be happier.
