Deciding that the Subaru was no longer for me, and that the Flex was, I found the one model in town that I wanted. I called, got lots of information on the phone and no pressure. Great, "real" people; wonderful service. First of all, when I walked into the pre-owned office I was somewhat anxious about what the service would be like, whether the sales people would be o First of all, when I walked into the pre-owned office I was somewhat anxious about what the service would be like, whether the sales people would be over-exuberant and pushy and whether I would qualify for credit. The first person I met was Perry and he is one of the nicest, most laid back people I've met. But then he introduced me to Randy and my experience with him was like sitting in my living room talking with an old friend. The car I had come to look at had been sold. Randy and Perry told me what they had that I might like and today, at 1:00pm, I drove home a car I never thought I would be able to afford. Randy explained the car, a 2006 Mercury Marquis with just 69,000 miles, from top to bottom and side to side and demonstrated each action. By the time I left the lot, I was thoroughly familiar with every aspect of the car and comfortable in my confidence that Randy inspired. The whole experience was wonderful, Randy just happened to be a highlight. I will highly recommend Sunset Ford to my friends and family. A childhood friend was with me for the whole experience and she totally agrees. More
