We explained what we were looking for and he took us right to the selection of cars that fit all our wants and needs. He was also very busy the day we stopped in and even though he was juggling several customers at once (including us) we never once felt we second on his list. Jim will always make you feel like his number one priority and let's be honest you don't get that these days!! He was very patient with us and all of our questions and had a wonderful understanding and knowledge of the cars and what things work best for you as an individual customer!!!! Finally got what I wanted. I finally got a buying experience I wanted. I knew this was going to be a better experience than I have had before when my salesman asked me what I wa I finally got a buying experience I wanted. I knew this was going to be a better experience than I have had before when my salesman asked me what I was looking for and I told him "I don't know yet, I'll find you when I know" and he left me to wander on my own. I don't need a salesman in my ear when I have the internet in my pocket. That's how it went; I found the car I wanted, got back with him and bought a car. Yeah there was a little back and forth on some numbers but in the end I left with the car I wanted, and a deal I can defiantly live with. Over all fairly simple. It went better than I expected considering I started out working with someone from the internet sales team on a different vehicle and they were completely unresponsive to any correspondence at all. If your thinking about shopping at Sunset Ford, do yourself a favor and just go there. More

I keep coming back to Sunset Ford because of the location, reliability and prices. I feel like I've been treated fairly all three times and Tim was no exception! Since we were there past closing, wrapping up paperwork, he took the time to make sure all the signage came off the windows and such since the service department was gone for the day. Justin was able to finish completion of the loan paperwork I started with my credit union and got me on my way that night! I always tell people to give Sunset Ford a try when shopping. More
