Minor issue. I talked with Justin the week prior to my appointment to offer pics of the damage to give a heads up, so parts could be on hand. He assured me that wasn’t needed since wiring replacements were common and he set the expectation of all the work happening in a day. Twice, parts had to be ordered as they weren’t on hand.
