Your service guys were so very accusational and accused me and my so friend Richard Sternberg of stealing oem owner's manuals when we were originally given permission from someone else to get those fors my's collection and me friend Debbie Krug so's from Willis has a friend who works for you who can get me a 2018 Rav4 Hybrid book.
