Took my 2005 4 Runner in to get radiator flushed. The vehicle only has 65,000 miles on it. The mechanics identified some issues with the tires and right front brake. Ian was informative, kind, and described specific recommendations. They also had a tire sale buy 3 get the 4th free. On the second visit a week later I had the front breaks and calipers done. He listened carefully and allowed me time to discuss the needed repairs and cost. I sincerely appreciated his calm demeanor and his willingness to let me discuss the specifics. I feel the dealerships service department genuinely cares about their customers. Travis the service manager provided me with a car to drive 5he week before when the shuttle was very busy. Thank you. More

I had a pleasant experience when I went in to have my oil changed. When I bought my tires there recently, the representative Justin was very argumentative, and rude. He basically told me that I didn’t know h changed. When I bought my tires there recently, the representative Justin was very argumentative, and rude. He basically told me that I didn’t know how to purchase a vehicle, or know how to read a contract agreement, even though I have purchased three new Toyotas in the last 12 years. My experience with him was something else, he just kept talking arrogantly, boisterously, and very condescending, like he was looking for a fight or an argument. Toyota should not let this kind of person represent in anyway ,shape , or form , for it will drive customers away away, like it did myself. More

We changed our appointment to be my minivan instead of our rav 4 before our appointment but you kept me waiting insisting I didn't have an appointment.
