Making the appointment and checking and out were easy. I am still concerned as to why I had to have a dead battery as a result of a missing software update to my DCM that is a problem apparently known by To am still concerned as to why I had to have a dead battery as a result of a missing software update to my DCM that is a problem apparently known by Toyota and a known problem to the dealership. I am fortunate that it was dead in my garage and not somewhere on the road. This type of problem should be a recall or at least a Service Advisory Notice and not left to discover by the customers as their vehicles become inoperative at random. More

Straight Forward Service I have a 2011 Highlander with 200K miles. Needed new rotors and rear brakes. Its great to know Toyota of Des Moines has the best parts and service for I have a 2011 Highlander with 200K miles. Needed new rotors and rear brakes. Thank you for a Great Experience Service Advisor Justin Madison greeted me and knew exactly how to solve my problem. He also explained they would do a recall change while I waited.
