I purchased a new 2500 that I ordered specifically how I wanted it. It was an easy process. About a month after I got it, I went to wash it and noticed four yellow paint scrapes on the roof. Of course be wanted it. It was an easy process. About a month after I got it, I went to wash it and noticed four yellow paint scrapes on the roof. Of course being a large truck until I was up there I didnt see it. I went back and showed them and they took care of it no problem! Apparently it was due to the truck that they shipped it on.
