Just wanted to share my experience with Nimnicht Chevrolet and one salesman in particular Justin Maggio. Backstory: I have been looking for quite some time for the perfect truck at a fair price Chevrolet and one salesman in particular Justin Maggio. Backstory: I have been looking for quite some time for the perfect truck at a fair price. When I say some time, I mean a good year, give or take a few months. I landed on the website for Nimnicht. Did some online shopping and checked the reviews. Everything looked okay and I easily found a couple trucks I thought could fit the bill. I did the online bit giving them my information and all that jazz and sat back to see what happens next. After all, I wanna save as much money in this as I can, and don't want to seem desperate and ready to take the first offer. The next day my phone rings and it was some guy from Nimnicht telling me how he wanted to talk to me about my selection online and blah blah blah. I was busy and still trying to play "hard to get" so I had to politely dismiss him. I was full on ready for him to call me again in a few hours hounding me. He actually didn't, I was shocked that a car dealership didn't live up to the stereotype of "pushy salesman". So the next day I called and was put in contact with a salesman, his name is Justin. This guy knew his stuff. We talked at length about the options I was looking for, the price range I had, and what my realistic outcome would be. He was straightforward with every fee and dime that I could expect to spend, as well as mileage on any vehicle I picked. We found (what I consider to be the perfect truck) a wonderful used Toyota Tacoma, with virtually everything I could have wanted and then some. Okay so I did have to make SOME concessions because hey, it's a used truck built to someone else's idea of perfect. No worries. Justin worked with me and the finance department and the shop to make sure that this went home with me. I really didn't have to do much in the way of leg work. I'm not sure if it is the entirety of Nimnicht, or just Justin's personal work ethic, but I hands down have NEVER had this quality of service at ANY of the dealerships I have been to. I don't know if he will read this, but Justin Maggio, you are the absolute best! I will definitely come see you again when it comes time for my daughters to get thier vehicles. THANK YOU More
