We knew what we wanted and he took excellent care of us as we purchased a used vehicle. Mark was extremely well versed in his knowledge of every facet of the vehicle and it's many unique features. He explained the warranty and was helpful in our dealing with the Finance Manager. A couple minor items had to be taken care of just prior to delivery, but Mark saw to it that they were expeditiously done. We appreciate his excellent help through out the entire purchase process. I had a couple questions after delivery about some of the features and Mark explained the use and set up of each. More

Starting with Robert Browning as he was friendly and professional. He wasn't overbearing and was very patient. I decided to buy a used car from Robert. A word of praise for Rusty Hoag in management, Lisa Frausel in the service dept., and Justin Mocadlo in finance, as I had dealings with them. Robert also followed up to make sure I was happy with the car. Boast Volkswagen is customer service oriented which is rare these days. I would recommend Robert and this dealership to anyone. More
