I had been looking for a truck for awhile, and everywhere I went the dealership were not truthful, not only that they lied about prices, on the trucks that were on the lots.. Now let me say something about my man Josh, this has to be the hardest job ever, you have to be patient, cause alot of times the numbers dont add up right for the buyer and yes we can frustrated, when we dont see what we like, or like what we hear... I was completely not an easy customer, but he did change at all, I even left and came back a month later, I told him I would call him when I felt the need to come back, he kept in touch, and on 3-16-2015, I bought a new 2015 White 1500 silverado!!!! Jeff and Justin explain alot of things that really went over my head, even tho I did not want to hear none of what they were saying, I respect the fact they were honest and were telling me the truth, lolol, but once it was all said and done it was a great deal... I went to two major chevrolet dealership, one in Athens and the other in Buford, and they were not honest, they came with different things each time.... I feel if you dont look like money, or smell like money, they dont care.. But Jimmy Britt Chevrolet knows it is all about the customer service and what we want not what they want.... I could not be more happier in my new truck... I will tell all my friends about Jimmy Britt Chevrolet, and my dude Josh Stroh, and the great management team that they have....
