My wife and I are a 2 hour drive from this dealership and it was great that the sales team was willing to have serious conversations regarding a specific car over the phone. Because of that, we both had expectations about price and budget set before we stepped on the lot. The Yukon XL we went to look at was fully detailed and pulled up front before we even got there, so we were immediately able to pull off the lot for a test drive. The reason I give this dealership 5 stars though is not just because of the sales process but also because of the customer service provided by Justin Parrish and Jonathan post the sell of the vehicle. All said, we will re-visit this dealership in the future when I upgrade my F150 to a GMC Sierra Denali. More

Outstanding Experience I have purchased SEVERAL vehicles in my lifetime but I must say that this was BY FAR the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. From the time I initially met with Levi, the salesperson until I closed the deal with Justin, the sales manager, my expectations were exceeded. I have a long standing reputation as being a tough sale. I come in stating what I want and I don't veer to far from that. I don't go back and forth haggling. My mindset is either you can meet my needs or you can't. With this dealership, I stated what I was looking for, gave them my price range, and they delivered. I was actually looking for an excuse NOT to buy, but they made it impossible for me to walk away without the vehicle that I wanted. I will definitely be purchasing all of my future vehicles through this dealership as well as referring family and friends. Great job, Levi and Justin. I look forward to doing business with you all again. More
