I was dreading having to go to a car dealership due to previous bad experiences. My mind has changed after having the pleasure of having Justin Raymond as our sales person . He was very informative , fr previous bad experiences. My mind has changed after having the pleasure of having Justin Raymond as our sales person . He was very informative , friendly and honest . He really took the time to make sure we were comfortable with our decision as we were deciding between 2 vehicles . Not once did I feel pressured or rushed . When we made our decision we had to be somewhere at a certain time and he as well as Dennis his manager and the finance person made sure everything was completed in a time efficient manner !!! I do believe that Justin and DCH Kay Honda are changing the stereo typical reputation of dealerships certainly for the better . I plan on returning for my next vehicle purchase and will recommend to my family and friends who are in search for their next car More
