Wow! I have bought with Allen Turner before and have always had great customer service. My husband and I came in after we had been looking at their used v I have bought with Allen Turner before and have always had great customer service. My husband and I came in after we had been looking at their used vehicles online. We had our eye on a Toyota tundra. When we arrived Charlie was immediately helpful and took us inside to find the right staff. Charlie then went on to help us test drive and inspect the tundra. He was so considerate and patient and even looked up specs for us. He involved us in every step of buying this vehicle and made it stress free. Justin Reeder took time from what he had to do to help us find the used truck my husband has seen on their website. He answered all our questions and helped us get a good deal on our used truck. Overall the experience was painless (it was nerve wrecking at times when it comes to figuring out price for the vehicle); smooth and we weren't there all day like we've had to experience in the past.
