I did not have a great experience with Justin or this dealership. I purchased a Camaro and Focus the same day. The roof on the Camaro wasn’t working but they ensured when when we got it from the service dealership. I purchased a Camaro and Focus the same day. I had some concerns with the ford and Justin told me to come back in the morning since it was getting late and the service department manager was gone. I went the next day and he was off and they couldn’t do anything without talking to him. The very next day I went back up there to talk to him and he couldn’t “ remember “ what he said. I ended up traded the ford into another dealership. I would never buy another car from them. I will say the finance manager is very nice. More
