I just wanted to take a quick moment to say what a great dealership this is and experience we had at South Bay Hyundai. From the first moment Justin got me on the phone to delivery of my wife's shiny new Pa dealership this is and experience we had at South Bay Hyundai. From the first moment Justin got me on the phone to delivery of my wife's shiny new Palisade, it was a blast! There are no dealer markups and the customer service is all-around great, from finance, to the waiting area, Starbucks coffee - they have it all! In addition to Justin and Richard and Juan, I would like to say thank you to Oscar and Gerry and whoever the salesman was who put the TVs on sports for me. This place is the BEST! More

Overall we had good service, we spoke to Justin the day before since we had to drive over 2 hours. He was able to provide a lot of info about the vehicle. Once we arrived it took us exactly 2 hours to te before since we had to drive over 2 hours. He was able to provide a lot of info about the vehicle. It was a fantastic experience at the new Hyundai dealership. The staff were incredibly caring and went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable. I love how he took us dealership. The staff were incredibly caring and went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable. I love how he took us out for a drive and show us how to charge the EV and explain all the features of the cars, set up the app for the charging and all.
