That took an act of god and me calling the dealership general manager because the finance guy wouldn't call me back after like 10 calls in 3 days. Had 3 warranty/recall repairs in 2.5 years. Service dept are the WORST. Never have loaners, appointments are a week out, they've lost appointments before and now they won't fix my warrantied AC after a week of jerking me around because "it was probably damaged by a pebble in the road". The additional part is a week out and they're saying $1,500. No. Way. More

I brought my VW Tourege in due to my battery continuously draining. After a while it was found that it needed a cluster instrument that can not be found. Apparently it is no longer made in America. I was just becoming car note free and was not looking for a new purchase. However, after speaking with Dan, he assured that he would do his best to ensure that I am satisfied. He gave me his cell number and sent me a list of vehicles within my desired price range and ensured that he will take care of me. After much consideration, I decided to purchase a 2021 Atlas Cross Sport. He hooked me up with Eddie who was terrific! Ernie in financing was also nice! Justin in service was great to me as well. VW took my 2010 VW Toureg for a trade in. The process was quick and smooth. More

I was greeted by my all time favorite Justin, he has been my service consultant for the last 2 years, I feel confident to ask him any questions regarding my vehicle, he is very knowledgeable and always advise me what is best for my vehicle. When I picked up my car I was greeted by the service manager Javier Degante he was very nice and wanted to make sure I had a good experience at the dealer, he greeted me out and I felt so good about my car being service there that, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to service their car with just good honest people. :) Thank you City VW Chicago ...... you make a difference!!!
