Laura was referred by a colleague of mine a few years ago. We ended up leasing our car. Recently, when our lease was coming to an end, we went back to see Laura to see what our options were. He has always addressed my needs and as a result I drive off happy. This time I got a Tiguan SEL RLine…. Oof! Sexy car! The signing part is fast and easy. I always get Ernie and he’s super nice. Knowledgable about the warranty. Explained the whole contract in detail and made sure I was satisfied. Overall the dealership is great. It’s obviously managed by people who care about the brand and in my opinion have ensured that that everyone from the porters to the service guys are well trained.
