First of all, it was misleading 2 state there was an air conditioning sensor issue that would not cost more than $100 to fix. The fee of $300.00 was given credit on the contract of sale for the 2019 Ford Mu conditioning sensor issue that would not cost more than $100 to fix. The fee of $300.00 was given credit on the contract of sale for the 2019 Ford Mustang ECO boost. They did not provide us a Diagnostics to prove this fact of air conditioning sensor. Now that it has gone through a Diagnostics at a Ford Company closer to home it turns out to be a crankshaft issue. This is more costly! The other matter was the title was to be paid as part of the contract fees. Today I received a phone call from the tax office that I need to come in to pay for the tag. This was supposed to be a fee on the contract to cover the tag and taxes. It was my understanding the tag was to be mail to my address. This was not true! The only thing was a promise that I knew of was to receive the second key in the mail because the dealer did not have it in the office but it was being dropped off by another person ( not sure if that person was another sales rep or previous owner). That promise was inadvertently broken because the sales person calls Braiden Hayes, my grandson, days later it must be picked up in person. I am quit disappointed in Rainbow GMC. The only thing I can say was the sales person was a sweet guy and a personal type personality. More

Leased my first car with them three years ago and it was time to turn it in. They showed me another one and gave me the payment I needed to do another deal.. However, when going to finalize the deal. the d time to turn it in. They showed me another one and gave me the payment I needed to do another deal.. However, when going to finalize the deal. the down payment changed, the payment due date was incorrect and when asked about what I was signing, I was told they were the same papers I signed three years ago with my previous lease, so why was I asking. After getting home, I needed to look up some information in the owner's manual and realized I did not have one. I was told I could get one when I picked up my plates. So I did and was told I had to purchase one on my own. When asked why I had to pay for something that should have already come with the car, I was informed that someone had to pay for it. Nope. Not going to do it. I also will not be going back for a third car. More
