Tanner was great! Everything about buying my new civic was easy. Loved working with Tanner, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Sat with me in my car for about 20 m Everything about buying my new civic was easy. Loved working with Tanner, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Sat with me in my car for about 20 minutes going over all the car features and programming preset stations. Tanner was great, and I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone!! He has thorough knowledge about this car and clearly answered our questions. There was no pressure and we soon arrived at a fair market price. No other dealer treats customers this well. When our CRV was ready, Jin made sure we understood the car’s features and demonstrated many functions. He made sure we felt confident before we drove away. He definitely is focused on customer satisfaction. Honda of Kirkland is a superior dealer and everyone on the staff strives to treat people right. We would certainly buy another car there!
