Once they get their money, you are not a priority. I traded In my vehicle for another used vehicle about 2 months ago. I've been trying to rebuild my credit, so this was the best way to do so. Every one was more than helpful, until they had my money. They were supposed to hold my down payment for 30 days, instead the deposited it immediately. Luckily I caught it before it went through, but I was charged a fee. Not too bad. But, it's been about 2 months now and my trade in vehicle is still NOT PAID OFF!! Causing my credit to go down due to 2 months of no payments. I've called AT LEAST 3 times a week for the past month. Not once have I received a phone call back. I even went up and spoke to a manager in person, still, no one contracts me back. So,in the mean time, there's a still a small balance that isn't paid off, causing MORE negative reports on my credit. So much for rebuilding right?!?! This has by far been the worst car experience I've ever had. I will NOT be going through them ever again. I also advise no one else go through them either. Unless you want to be given a run around and your credit screwed up. Thanks a lot Ganley Painesville, you certainly went above and beyond........... More

Salesperson Great.....Dealership Not So Much Finance Department messed up on some of my paperwork and they tried to get my father to sign blank papers for the payoff on my trade in. The Managers Finance Department messed up on some of my paperwork and they tried to get my father to sign blank papers for the payoff on my trade in. The Managers offered help that they never followed through with. Although, I do have to say, when my car leaked (brand new vehicle) after the third attempt to fix, the dealership did make good on it, thank you Justin. For the most part I found they have terrible follow up and follow thru skills. Not just one person but many, ranging from the Finance Department to some of the General Managers. I do think that perhaps more training should be available for the new people in the financing department. The Finance person and the Finance Manager were supposed to correct issues with the extended warranty but they never followed thru. I ended up taking care of issues myself and still waiting for them to follow thru with the loan document issues on the leaky car. My salesperson, Vanni, was wonderful! With all the issues I had she tried to help as much as she could. I'm really hoping that as a first time car buyer this was just one bad experience and I can look forward to better car buying in the future! More
